A NUMBER of members of tho city council drove out in hacks to Beaver and Elk lakes yesterday morning and spent several hours with Mr. Jorgenson looking over the site of the now waterworks improvements.

This is the case in which Misa MoGraw, batter known aa Mra. McGovern, is suing for alleged unlawful detention nf her goods, and Mr. Langley claimed a lien upon them for solicitor'a fees.
